Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer only. Full payment must be received and confirmed before your order is dispatched. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide only. We do not ship internationally.

Free express shipping is offered on orders over $200. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days). We use discreet packaging on all deliveries.

While we aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers, natural events, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at support@peptidecartel.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case on its merits and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.

We are not liable for products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly.
